The Dubai Municipality, represented by the GIS Center, has signed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE), based on the Municipality's determination to achieve the government strategy to transform Dubai into the smartest and happiest city in the world.
