Within the framework of the GIS Center's efforts to enhance the cooperation with various entities. The GIS Center organized a geospatial training for Dubai Police employees; in order to train them on the DubaiHere system, which is an electronic system that works on a web browser or portable smart devices and includes 2D and 3D maps containing all the assets, landmarks, infrastructure facilities, buildings and units of Dubai. During the training, the mechanism of accessing the system and how to review the various geospatial data that serve police operations were presented. Where the Dubai Police praised the efforts of the GIS Center in this field and their continuous cooperation in meeting the requirements of strategic partners.
